Kitchen Employment

Each Raw Carrot kitchen provides supported employment for people who face barriers to traditional work. These roles are designed to offer stability, training, and encouragement in a welcoming, team-based environment.

Kitchen team members help prepare and package gourmet food while building confidence, skills, and meaningful relationships. Support is built into the workday, creating space for growth, dignity, and belonging.

Our kitchens cook from September to June. While each site has a limited number of roles, The Raw Carrot is growing. More kitchens means more jobs! We’ll keep your application on file and reach out as soon as a position becomes available.

Headquarters

HQ roles include professional, administrative and leadership positions to guide strategy, operations, and growth of the social franchise model. The HQ Team works to ensure sites are supported, systems are strong, and communities across Canada continue to expand inclusive employment opportunities for people facing barriers.
